Specialised Property Maintenance (SPM) has been looking after maintenance on properties since 2009, however, our Founder Duncan McNeill, has been doing this on a full-time level since 2004, where he started in humble beginnings, having a commercial window cleaning run based in Sydney with the inclusion of domestic house window cleaning.

In Queensland in 2009, SPM expanded their field to include specialised maintenance whatever it may be, where there was a need but not limited to access by means of elevated work platform (EWP), building maintenance units (BMU)
